Terre Siciliane - Indicazione Geografica Tipica

Brought to Sicily by the Phoenicians, Zibibbo grapes offer great minerality, freshness and pleasantness. Harvested by hand in small crates, they are destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 14°C, then the wine is refined in stainless steel tanks for a period of no less than 4 months. Before being sold on the market, the wine is left to rest in the bottle for another month.

The grapes are harvested between 10 and 20 September.

A straw yellow colored wine with green reflections, it is clear and persuasive fruity with notes typical of our Mediterranean climate, fresh and rich. Enjoy with appetizers, salad and traditional Mediterranean vegetables dishes. Recommended serving temperature around 12°C.
