We are still discussing about the origin of this variety. The only certain thing we can support deals with our Syrah grapes expressing strong character, tempered by the Sicilian sun. Harvested by hand in small crates, the grapes are de-stemmed and macerated at a temperature controlled between 24 and 27° C, the wine is matured in stainless steel containers and barrels French oak for 6 months. Then remain a month in bottle before being marketed.

Grapes harvested between the 5° and 12° day of September.
It is deep ruby red in colour, with a rich and mellow bouquet and notes of wild berries in perfect harmony with spicy hints of black pepper and balsamic notes. It has a generous flavour, with a pleasant tannic, velvety and persistent sensation. It goes well with grilled mushrooms, risottos and bean soups.
