The perfect combination, although not indigenous to Sicily, the Chardonnay grapes mixed with the Grillo variety, best represent the characteristics of Sicilian wine, a magnificent blend that allowes obtaining a wine of great elegance and structure. The best care is given during harvesting and producing the wine, following the traditional process. It is aged proportionately in stainless steel and french oak barrels for 9 months, and then maintained in the cellar for three months before being marketed.

During the tasting you can enjoy the strong smells that are reminiscent of typical Sicilian citrus, varied with delicate hints of vanilla. Excellent structure, with a good dry finish, harmonic and complex. It is ideal paired with cous cous and traditional Mediterranean dishes.
